Manatee's warming up
In early January the Space Coast of Florida had a 10 day cold spell. When I say cold, I mean cold!!:!! I have seen Manatee's gather in springs during cold spells, but with this spell, They ended up in this canal, ironically the canal's entrance is beside a community called "Manatee Preserve". Over 100 Manatee's gathered in this canal. a few days after I took this video, the tide dropped and those Manatee's were trapped. The local community pulled together and dredged the canal and when the weather warmed up the Manatee's moved out ;-)
